While The Meal Planning Mini-Course is not a weight loss program, you will learn how to create weekly meal plans for yourself, how to batch cook, stock a healthy kitchen, and how to build a balanced meal so you can eat well in a more sustainable way.
Is this program suitable for vegans, vegetarians, or those with dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! There are no diets or rules to follow in this course. Rather, you will learn how to create your own weekly meal plans based off of recipes that you personally like which makes this course completely customizable.
Will I learn about nutrition in this course?
Yes you will! Aside from the meal planning framework taught in this course, there are also lessons on how to stock a healthy kitchen and how to build a balanced meal. These lessons will give you a great nutritional foundation going forward.
Is there a meal plan for me to follow in this course?
No. The intention behind this course is not to tell you what to eat, but instead teach you how to create your own meal plans (with downloadable templates) based on recipes you love so that you can grocery shop accordingly, be well stocked up for the week, and have an easier time nourishing yourself consistently!
How long will it take me to complete this course?
Since this is a self-paced course, that will be entirely up to you! For context, this course contains approximately 90 minutes of video content (+ additional reading material) spread out over 4 lessons. You can complete this course within a few hours or a few weeks depending on your preference! There is no deadline to complete this course.
